Entries Entries may be sent on official CFA entry forms by regular mail, email, or fax. All fees must accompany entries. For email and fax entries, fees must be sent within 10 days of the entry to insure confirmation of entry. Make checks payable to Cat Fanciers of Washington, or send PayPal entries to meloncali@comcast.net. There are no additional fees for using email, fax, or PayPal. The fee for returned checks is $75. WAIVE SIGNATURE on overnight entries. The show will be held in the spacious Sportsplex Indoor Sports and Event Center, 221 Commonwealth Court Winchester, Va. 22602 (540-868-2200). The building is air conditioned and handicap accessible. No smoking is allowed in the show hall. Benching / Show Hours Check-in is from 7:30am - 8:30am Saturday morning. Judging begins at 9:00am. Advertised show hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm. Awards Ribbons and rosettes will be awarded in each ring in accordance with CFA rules. Championship, premiership, and registered kittens whose numbers appear in the catalog will be scored for national/regional awards. Cages / Supplies / Food Cages are approximately 24”x24”x24”. New exhibitors should bring fabric and clips for the floor, sides, and tops of cages. Litter will be provided; bring your own litter pan. People food will be available. NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED IN THIS FACILITY. Blue Ridge Beef will be providing beef for the cats in the show hall to enjoy! Cats and kittens should be inoculated for feline enteritis, rhino, and calici viruses and tested negative for FeLV before entry. All claws must be clipped. Declawed cats are not eligible to compete. No kitten under 4 months old will be allowed in the show hall. CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the Show Rules may be obtained for $5.00 from CFA, P.O. Box 1005, Manasquan, N.J. 08736-0805, or ordered online at www.cfa.org. Cat Fanciers of Washington reserves the right to substitute judges not listed on the flyer, if necessary.
