No Canadian checks or money orders. There is a limit of one benching/agent request per exhibitor. FULLY PAID Early Bird Entry Fees must be received by the Entry Clerk by November 7, 2009. Entries must include payment, Early Bird Fees WILL NOT be honored if PAYMENT is not received by 11-7-09. Entries received without payment will not be processed until payment is received.. Damages will be charged to the exhibitor who damages their room. Plus, you will not be allowed back for any of the club's future shows. EXHIBITOR INFO: No litter pans will be provided. No kitten under the age of 4 months shall be permitted in the show hall. Benching cages are minimum 22"W by 22"D by 20"H.Only benched cats or kittens may be present in the show hall; none may be confined to carriers, either displayed or under cages. All cats or kittens for sale or lease must be benched and be eligible for CFA registration. Any sales activity is subject to the approval of the show management. All cats/kittens must be transported in an enclosed/secured carrier. All claws of entries must be clipped prior to benching. No declawed entries are permitted. Cats or kittens should be clean and free of parasites, any contagious or infectious illness. It is strongly advised that all entries be inoculated against Feline Panleukopenia, Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calici viruses and Rabies and strongly recommended that entries be tested and found negative for FELV by a licensed veterinarian. The Sate of Massachusetts mandates current rabies inoculation for all cats: it is advisable that you bring your cat's certificate. All Championship, Premiership and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. Show Rules of CFA will be strictly observed.
