SHOW HALL: Ross Municipal Center 1000 Ross Municipal Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. Show hall will be heated or air-conditioned, as appropriate. No smoking is allowed in the areas where cats are benched & where judging is held. People food will be available.
SHOW HOURS: Check in: 7:30-8:30 am; cats not checked in by 8:45 will be marked absent. Judging will begin at 9 am. Advertized show hours are 9 am - 4 pm.
ENTRY INFO: Each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. Please make checks or money orders payable in US funds to BUTLER CAT FANCIERS. The entry clerk will phone collect to clarify any entries. $25 CHARGE ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS! Entries submitted within 10 days of the show and paying at the door pursuant to Show Rule 6.21, MUST PAY IN CASH AT CHECK-IN. Sorry, no fax entries. * KIT/CH/PR entries are applied first. All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number.

No veterinarian inspection prior to benching. Healthy, infection-free cats are expected. It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and rabies. Pennsylvania State Law requires rabies vaccinations. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. No declawed entries. Kittens must be four months old by the first day of the show. All HHPs over the age of eight months old must be spayed/neutered.

The club reserves the right to add judges not named in this flyer to judge non-Championship & non- Premiership classes. The club will provide litter sufficient for each entry. Single cage size is approximately 22" x 22" x 22".
