The room block will be held until March 13, 2009. Please remember this is spring break time so make your reservations early. After March 13 our room rate guarantee will not be honored if the hotel is 80% reserved. Benching: Saturday check-in from 7:30 am to 8:30 am. Judging will begin promptly at 9:00 am on Saturday. Sunday judging will begin at 8:30 am. Advertised hours are from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday. No cats will be permitted to leave the show hall before the posted show hours except by permission of the show manager. Cages will be 22” x 22” x 22”, single entry. Please bring cage curtains, fabric or towels for you’re benching area. Litter will be provided. Food bowls and litter pans will not be provided. The Sanford Civic Center is a non-smoking, climate controlled show hall. People Food: Please do not bring people food into the show hall. We are fortunate to have the Colonial Room provide our food and because of our contract with them, we must ask you not to bring people food into the show hall. Awards: This is a CFA licensed show. Rosettes and ribbons will be awarded in accordance with CFA Show Rules. Permanent ribbons will be used for color classes. Health and Sales: This is a non-vetted show. Cats are expected to be free of fleas, fungus, ear mites and all contagious diseases. All entries should be inoculated against feline distemper, feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses, and rabies and be tested negative for feline leukemia before entry to the show hall. All claws must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats and kittens are not eligible for entry. No kittens under (4) months of age will be permitted in the show hall. All cats and kittens for sale must have a valid Florida Health Certificate as required by Florida Pet Law #585.9. The City Beautiful Cat Club will not be responsible if this law is not followed. CFA Show Rules: A copy of the current show rules may be obtained by sending $5.00 to: CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005. All Championship, Premiership and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. It is the responsibility of each owner to enter and to verify that all information contained on the confirmation is correct. Entry fees must accompany entry forms. Incomplete forms will be returned. No refunds or substitutions may be made after the closing date. The City Beautiful Cat Club reserves the right to add and/or substitute judges not named in the show flyer. If a judge becomes ill after the start of the show that ring will be canceled as per show rules. Liability: City Beautiful Cat Club will take reasonable care of all cats and personal property, but will not be held liable for loss of property, damage, or accidents to cats or exhibitors.
