Breed Summary SHOW HALL: Lakefront Arena 5310 Hauserman Rd. Parma, OH 44130 Phone: 440-886-0512. The show hall is handicapped accessible, heated and air-conditioned. No smoking! ENTRIES: It is the exhibitor's responsibility to confirm all online entries with Entry Clerk. Per CFA show rules ALL online entries must be paid within 10 days or at check-in, whichever comes first. Make checks payable to Cleveland Persian Society. No postdated checks. No refunds once your entry has been received or for failure to bench. All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Kittens without a registration number or TRN will not be included in the count. No refunds once your entry has been received or for failure to bench. Benching requests will be honored wherever possible. NO negative benching requests. HOURS: Check-in: 7:30-8:30 am. Cats will be marked absent after that and exhibitors must check in with each ring. Judging will begin at 9 am both days. Advertised hours: 9 am-5 pm Saturday & 9 am-4 pm Sunday. Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. General Info: Single cage 22” x 22” x 22” (included with each entry). No more than two kittens or one cat may be benched in a single cage whether entered for exhibition or competition or benched for sale. Use of ANY size security cage with odd numbered entries requires the purchase of an extra 1/2 cage. Please bring cage curtains and grooming aids. Exhibitors must transport cats into and out of the show hall in an enclosed, secured carrier. Litter will be provided; bring your own litter box, dishes and cat food. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. No kittens under 4 months old, or cats not entered in the show are not allowed in the show hall.
