Entry & Payment Info: Entries are accepted now. Entry Fees include CFA & Regional surcharges. Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Make check payable to Colonial Annapolis Cat Fanciers. Returned Check Fee is $50 + all bank fees. CASH ONLY at check in. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. Check your confirmation for accuracy and contact the entry clerk with any corrections BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE.
Show Hall: Tall Cedars of Lebanon Hall; (Corner of Old Harford Road) Parkville, MD 21234 410-668-4545. The hall is located off the Perring Parkway, Exit 30 of the Baltimore Beltway. The show hall is a NON-SMOKING facility and is heated and air-conditioned.
Check In & Show Hours: Check-in: 8 – 9:30 am on Saturday; report any transfers or absentees at check-in. Cats not benched by 9:30 will be marked absent; exhibitors must inform the ring clerk in each ring that the cat is present. The show hall will not be open until 8 am on Sunday morning. Show Hours: Judging will begin at 10 am Saturday and 9 am on Sunday. Advertised Show Hours are 10 am to 4 pm Saturday and 9 am to 3 pm Sunday.
Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with a Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of cats/kittens without registration numbers can contact the entry clerk for a Temporary Registration Number.
Benching: ** Grooming space, sales cages & end of row benching is extremely limited. Handicapped End-of-Row requires no fee and will be honored as these spaces are available. If you have a special need for actual EOR (wheelchair, scooter, etc.) as opposed to "close in" benching, please let the entry clerk know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Sales cage are only available WITH a paid entry. Single cages are approximately 22"x22"x22" and is included with your entry fees. Exhibitors with a single entry using any size security cage are required to purchase an extra 1/2 cage. Litter is provided, bring litter boxes.

The CFA discount program with LaQuinta hotels is now with the Wyndham hotel brand. Book online and use the Corporate Booking Code 1000026977 or call 877-999-3223 and ask for the discount code CFA CAT FANCIERS ASSOCIATION. Wyndham hotels are pet friendly, however, various locations may have slightly different policies. A hotel may charge $20 per room per night with a maximum charge of $40 per stay. You will be asked to sign a pet acknowledgement statement at check-in. Please contact hotels directly to confirm your pet-friendly room availability and any fees prior to arrival.
Household Pets: Household Pets must be over 4 months old; HHPs over the age of 8 (eight) months must be neutered or spayed. HHPs may not be declawed.
Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of each entry must be clipped prior to benching. Failure to do so will subject the entry to disqualification. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition.
