Our show hall is only 2 blocks from this hotel. Note: This hotel has never accepted pets before and they ae willing to try with us. Please be extremely clean so we may use this hotel in the future. Room inspection at check-out. FLY-IN: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) CHECK-IN and JUDGING: Check-in: 8:30-9:30 am. Judging begins at 10am on Saturday and 8am on Sunday. Show Hours are 10am-5pm Saturday and 8am-3pm on Sunday. BENCHING: Single/Half cage size is 22”x27”x22”. Double/Full cage is 22”x54”x22”. Only one cat or two kittens may be in a single/half cage. Every entry includes a single/half cage. Be aware, if you have an odd number of entries and do not purchase a Double/Full cage, another cat will be benched in the other half f the cage. ALL security cages must purchase a double cage space. litter is provided. Bring your own cage drapes, litter pans, cat food, and cat dishes. HOUSEHOLD PETS: Household pets must be 4 months of age or older on opening day of the show. Household pets 8 months of age or older on opening day of the show must e spayed or neutered. Declawed cats are not eligible for entry. They must be bathed. All claws must be clipped prior to benching. HEALTH: Showo is non-vetted. All entries should be tested for FeLV and inoculated against feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis, and calici viruses and must be free of fungus and parasites. All claws must be clipped prior to benching. CFA RULES: CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. CFA show rules are available online at CFA.org. All adult cats entered must be registered with CFA and their registration numbers included on the entry form. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. All kittens must be 4 months of age or older on opening day of the show. No fees will be refunded for failure to bench. Benching requests will be honored whenever possible. One benching request per exhibitor. The club reserves the right to add judges not named to judge non-championship and Household Pet classes. All Championship. Premiership and registered Kittens will be scored for CFA regional and national awards. Desert Cats and El Zaribah Shrine Auditorium will not be responsible for damage, loss, personal injury or loss of personal property. No cats may be left in the show hall overnight. No vending from cages or grooming spaces. AWARDS: Ribbons/Rosettes will be awarded in accordance with CFA show rules.
