ENTRIES: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to contact the Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online or fax entries. The Entry Clerk or Club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Fax/Email entries MUST be PAID within 10 DAYS of entry per CFA show rules. Please make all checks payable in US funds to William Penn Cat Club. No substitutions accepted after the closing date. No refunds made once your entry is received. Only one agent or bench request per exhibitor. Entries must be submitted on an official CFA entry form and all entries forms must be signed. All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Odd numbered entries with ANY size security cage must purchase an extra ½ cage space. CHECK-IN: 7:30 and 8:30 am both days. Judging will begin at 9:00 AM sharp both days. All cats must be checked in by 8:30 am or they will be marked absent. The advertised hours of the show are 9:30 am to 4:30 pm both days. No veterinarian inspection prior to benching is required. It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested for FeLV before entry. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. The cage size is 22” x 22” x 22”. Litter will be provided but please bring your own litter pans and food.
