Hours Check in is 7:30-8:30 Saturday. Judging will begin at 9 am on Saturday and at 8 am on Sunday. Advertised show hours are 9 am - 4 pm Saturday and 8 am - 4 pm Sunday. All entries are expected to remain in the show hall until the advertised closing time. Early departure without permission of show management will result in wins being voided. Kittens are exempt from this rule. Benching This is a non-vetted show. All entries should be vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus and rabies, and be tested for feline leukemia before entry. Cats must be free of fleas, ear mites, fungus and any contagious illness. All claws must be clipped. Declawed cats are not eligible for entry. Household Pets Region 3 welcomes owners and their household pets. HHP’s will be judged in all rings. Cats over 8 months of age are required to be neutered or spayed, but cannot be declawed. Awards and Scoring PLEASE NOTE SHOW RULE 6.15 Only cats registered with CFA with either a temporary or permanent registration number are eligible for entry in the Championship and Premiership competitive categories and the Veterans, Provisional Breed, Miscellaneous (Non-Competitive) or AOV classes. The show management is expressly prohibited from accepting a Championship, Premiership, Veteran, Provisional Breed, Miscellaneous (Non-Competitive) or AOV entry unless the official entry form contains a registration number or request for a temporary registration number. Any AOV, Provisional or Miscellaneous kitten must have a registration number in order to be eligible to be shown. This show is licensed by The Cat Fanciers’ Association, Inc., and its show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of CFA show rules can be obtained for $7.00 from CFA at 260 E Main St. Alliance OH, 44601 or online at www.cfa.org. Entries All championship, premiership, provisional breed, miscellaneous, HHP and AOV entries must be entered with a CFA registration number. All fees must accompany the entry. No entry fee will be refunded for failure to bench. There will be a $50.00 service charge for returned checks. Please inform the entry clerk if you are bringing your own cage(s). NOTE: Exhibitors with security cages MUST pay for the double cage space and are requested to signify as such on the entry form. A copy of the Show Catalog is included with the first entry. Supplies For those exhibitors using the cages provided by the Region, please bring cage curtains sufficient to cover the sides, back and top of the cage; approximately 22”X22”X22” single and 22”X44”X22” double. Litter will be provided. Bring your own litter pans, cat food dishes and water dishes. GULF SHORE REGION and OKLAHOMA FAIR PARK will NOT be liable for any loss or damage of personal property. FLY INS The airport code is OKC and is approximately 5 miles south of the hotel. Upon arrival, call the hotel for the shuttle. BANQUET The banquet will be held Saturday June 18th, at the hotel.
