Show Hours: Check-in Saturday from 7:30-8:30 am Judging begins promptly at 9:00 am both days. Official Show Hours are from 9 am-4 pm both days.
Entry Info: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to contact the Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online or fax entries; the Entry Clerk or Club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. No substitutions accepted after the closing date. All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. No refunds for failure to bench. Payment Info: Per show rule 11.08 a.; all entries must be accompanied by proper entry fees. Entries sent online/ fax must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Make checks payable to Huntsville Cat Club.
HHP Entries: Entry fees must be in by closing (10/7/13) or the entry will not be included in the show catalog and your cat will not be entered in the show.

Transportation: Commercial transportation from the airport to the hotels is available as well as some of the hotels provide courtesy transportation. The club will be unable to provide other transportation.
General: This is a CFA licensed show and all CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. For a copy of these rules, send $7.00 to CFA, 260 E. Main St. Alliance, OH 44601. The club reserves the right to add judges not named in the show announcement to judge non-championship and non-premiership classes. Reasonable care will be taken to safeguard the property of exhibitors. The show management and the Jaycee’s management will not be held responsible for any loss or damages.
Cages/Supplies: Cages are approximately 24x24x24. Novice exhibitors bring a towel or a rug to cover the floor and enough material to go around the sides and to cover the top of the cage, along with clips or safety pins to fasten the material securely to the cage. Litter will be furnished in the show hall. Bring your own litter box and food. This is a non-vetted show. All cats should be inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and rabies, test for FeLV and be free of fleas, fungus, mites, internal/external parasites and contagious diseases. The show committee reserves the right to remove any cat or kitten from the show hall if suspected of having any of the above ailments until examined by a licensed veterinarian at the owner/agent's expense. Kittens under 4 months of age will not be permitted in the show hall. Proof of age may be requested. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching.
The ARK will be providing adult volunteers for stewards. The rescue work they do and the support given to the CFA and our club is greatly appreciated by our club and the community. A portion of our proceeds goes to the ARK so they can continue their rescue work in our community.
