Show Hall: Jaycee’s Community Building 2180 Airport Road SW, Huntsville, AL 35802. The show hall is well air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible. No cats may remain in the show hall over night. No smoking is permitted in the show hall. There is no concession stand so feel free to bring your coolers. We will have a lunch break. There are a number of restaurants and a grocery store very close to the show hall.
Show Hours: Check-in Saturday from 7:30-8:30 am. Judging begins promptly at 9 am Saturday and at 8:30 on Sunday. Show Hours are from 9 am - 5 pm Saturday and 8:30 am to 4 pm on Sunday.
Entry Info: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to contact the Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online or fax entries; the Entry Clerk or Club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. No substitutions accepted after the closing date. All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. No refunds for failure to bench. For all entries the entry fees must be paid in accordance with show rule Article VI. PayPal will NOT be accepted. Entries should conform with show rule Article VI. Make checks payable to Huntsville Cat Club.

Transportation: Commercial transportation from the airport to the hotels is available as well as some of the hotels provide courtesy transportation. The club will be unable to provide other transportation.
General: This is a CFA licensed show and all CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. For a copy of these rules, send $7 to CFA, 260 E. Main St. Alliance, OH 44601. The club reserves the right to add judges not named in the show announcement to judge non-championship and non-premiership classes. Reasonable care will be taken to safeguard the property of exhibitors. The show management and the Jaycee’s management will not be held responsible for any loss or damages.
Cages/Supplies: Cages are approximately 24"x24"x24". Novice exhibitors bring a towel or a rug to cover the floor and enough material to go around the sides and to cover the top of the cage, along with clips or safety pins to fasten the material securely to the cage. Litter will be furnished in the show hall. Bring your own litter box and food. This is a non-vetted show. All cats should be inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and rabies, test for FeLV and be free of fleas, fungus, mites, internal/external parasites and contagious diseases. The show committee reserves the right to remove any cat or kitten from the show hall if suspected of having any of the above ailments until examined by a licensed veterinarian at the owner/agent's expense. Kittens under 4 months of age will not be permitted in the show hall. Proof of age may be requested. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching.
The ARK, Inc. a no-kill shelter in Huntsville will be providing adult volunteers for stewards. The rescue work they do and the support given to the CFA and our club is greatly appreciated by our club and the community. A portion of our proceeds goes to the ARK so they can continue their rescue work in our community.
