CFA.orgAll entries must be submitted on the official CFA entry black, accompanied by the proper fees./ CFA registration numbers must be included for all championship, premiership and AOV classes. Kittens must be four months old by the first day of the show. Make checks payable to Liberty Trail Cat Fanciers. A fee of $40.00 will be charged for any checks returned by the back for any reason. All checks must be drawn on US banks or paid in US funds. Sorry, NO Household Pets.

Starting Times: The show hall will be open at 7:30 a.m. All cats must be benched by 8:30 a.m. or they will be marked absent. Judging will begin promptly at 9 a.m. on Saturday All entries must remain in the show hall until 4:00 p.m. unless permission is received from the show manager.

Show Hall: Our show hall is The Lebanon Valley Expo Center 80 Rocherty Road Lebanon, PA 17042. The show hall is climate controlled and handicapped accessible.

Show Hotel: Quality Inn 625 Quentin Rd, Lebanon, Pa. 17042 Phone for reservations is 1-800-626-8242, please be sure to mention LTCF for blocked rooms for club rate. Rate is $88.00 plus 8 % tax and a pet fee of $10.00 a day

Cages are approximately 22”X22”X22”. All entries should be inoculated against Feline Enteritis, Rhinotracheitis and Calici Virus and tested for FeLV by a licensed vet. Cats should be free of mites, fleas and fungus. CFA rules require your cats’ front & back claws be clipped.

Our show is held under the auspices of the Cat Fanciers Association. CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the rules are available for $5.00 for CFA PO Box 1005 Manasquan, NJ 08736. The club has the right to add judges not named in the show announcement to judge non-championship and non-premiership classes.

All championship, premiership and registered kittens will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards.

Litter will be available. Please bring your own litter pan, water bowl and cat food. People food will be available. Cats may not be left in the show hall overnight. The club will exercise due care in the sponsorship of the show, but will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury. No watchman will be provided during the hours the show is not open.
