HOUSEHOLD PET INFO: HHPCC Best Cat rosette and prizes to all finalists to be awarded in each HHP final. The Highest Scoring HHP in Show will be scored and awarded a special prize.
ENTRY INFO: Make checks payable to The Mad Catters. PayPal is accepted, send to meloncali@comcast.net and put Mad Catters in the notes field. Fax/Email entries MUST be PAID within 10 DAYS of entry or a $5 per entry fee will be assessed at check-in. If the show fills, entries not paid will be placed on a waiting list behind those entries already paid in full. PLEASE call or email entry clerk to confirm receipt of faxed and email entries. No substitutions accepted after the closing date. No refunds made once your entry is received. Sorry No Sales Cages Avaiable. One agent or bench request per exhibitor. Make checks payable to The Mad Catters. The entry clerk will call COLLECT if any questions arise concerning your entry. Phone entries and post dated checks are prohibited. Entries limited to 225. **No EOR benching unless 2 entries or double cage with entry. CFA registration numbers must be included for all Championship and Premiership classes. All entries should be inoculated against Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis and the Calici Viruses, and we recommend that they be tested for FeLV prior to entering the show hall. All cats must be free of mites, fleas, fungus and any contagious illnesses. All claws (front and back) must be clipped prior to benching and no declawed cats will be accepted. All Household Pets over the age of 8 (eight) months must be neutered or spayed. All Championship, Premiership and Registered kittens will be scored for National and Regional awards. All show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the Show Rules may be downloaded at http://cfa.org/documents/forms/11-12showrules.pdf. Madcatters reserves the right to substitute judges not listed on the flyer, if necessary. Madcatters will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
BENCHING: The show hall opens at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and all cats must be benched by 8:30 a.m. or they will be marked absent. The show will start promptly at 9:00 a.m. All entries must remain in the show hall until 5:00 p.m. Bring your own litter pans. Club will provide litter. Individual cage size is 22" X 22" X 22".
ACCOMMODATIONS: Our show hotel is the The Holiday Inn - Frances Scott Key Mall 5400 Holiday Dr., Frederick, MD 21703 301-694-7500 well behaved cats are welcome. Show Rate: $99 until 3/16/12. Rooms sell out early so make your reservation early. Club will not be held responsible to find additional accommodation due to late reservations. Detailed directions and hotel information will be sent with your confirmation.
