ENTRY INFO: Entries may be paid using PayPal or check. Fax/Email entries MUST be PAID within 10 DAYS of entry or a $5 per entry fee will be assessed at check-in. If the show fills, entries not paid will be placed on a waiting list behind those entries already paid in full. PLEASE email entry clerk to confirm receipt of faxed and email entries. No substitutions accepted after the closing date. No refunds made once your entry is received. Make checks payable to Mad Catters. PayPal is accepted, send to meloncali@comcast.net and put Mad Catters in the notes field. Phone entries and post dated checks are prohibited. All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number.
BENCHING: The show hall opens at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and all cats must be benched by 8:30 a.m. or they will be marked absent. The show will start promptly at 9:00 a.m. All entries must remain in the show hall until 5:00 p.m. Bring your own litter pans. Club will provide litter. Individual cage size is 22" X 22" X 22". Odd numbered entries with ANY size security cage must purchase an extra ½ cage space. * No end of row benching unless 2 entries or double cage with entry. Sorry no sales cages. Extra 1/2 cages and grooming spaces are VERY limited and will be on a first come, first served basis. One agent or one bench request per exhibitor.
EXHIBITOR INFO: All entries should be inoculated against Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis and the Calici Viruses, and we recommend that they be tested for FeLV prior to entering the show hall. All cats must be free of mites, fleas, fungus and any contagious illnesses. All claws (front and back) must be clipped prior to benching and no declawed cats will be accepted. All Household Pets over the age of 8 (eight) months must be neutered or spayed. All Championship, Premiership and Registered kittens will be scored for National and Regional awards. All show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the Show Rules may be downloaded at http://cfa.org/documents/forms/12-13showrules.pdf. Mad Catters reserves the right to substitute judges not listed on the flyer, if necessary. Mad Catters will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Our show hotel is the The Holiday Inn - Frances Scott Key Mall 5400 Holiday Dr., Frederick, MD 21703 301-694-7500 well behaved cats are welcome. Show Rate: $100 until 3/26/13. Rooms sell out early so make your reservation early. Club will not be held responsible to find additional accommodation due to late reservations. Detailed directions and hotel information will be sent with your confirmation.
