All entries must be submitted on an official CFA entry forms, accompanied by the proper fees. CFA registration numbers are required for all Championship, Premiership and A.O.V. classes. Kittens must be 4 months old by the date of the show. Make checks payable to National Birman Fanciers. A fee of $75 will be charged for any checks returned by the bank. All checks must be drawn on US banks or in US funds.

SHOW HOTEL: Holiday Inn - Visitor Center, 521 Greenfield Rd, Lancaster, PA 717-299-2551 Special Rate $89 per night - book before 3pm on 9/20

STARTING TIMES: The Show Hall will open at 8am. All cats must be benched by 9:30am Saturday or they will be marked absent. Judging will begin PROMPTLY at 10am on Saturday and 9 am on Sunday. Show hours are 10am - 5 pm Saturday and 9am-4 pm Sunday.

Exhibitor Info: Cages are approximately 22"x22"x22". Litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans! People food will be available. All cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline intectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and rabies. It is strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV. Cats should be free of mites, fleas and fungus. CFA Rules require that all your cat’s claws be clipped.
We will do our best to honor one benching request. Handicapped benching requests shall be accommodated whenever possible, when documentation is provided or your request may not be honored.

Our show is held under the auspices of the Cat Fanciers’ Association. CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the show rules is available for $3 from CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005. The club has the right to add judges not named in the show announcement to judge non-championship and non-premiership classes. All championship, premiership and registered kittens will be scored for CFA National and Regional Awards.

Cats will not be permitted in the show hall overnight. The club will exercise due care on the sponsorship of the show, but will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury. No watchman will be provided during non-show hours. Our show hall is handicapped accessible and heated.
