Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a space available basis. Each guest will be charged one night room and tax upon making the reservation to guarantee the room as being part of the group. Individuals wishing to cancel a reservations must do so at least 48 ours prior to arrival to avoid loss of deposit or cancellation fee on their credit card. Hotel check-in is 4 pm. This hotel has a strict 4 pm check-in time. Check-out 11 am. If you come earlier than 4 pm your room may not be ready. Plan on sitting by the beautiful pool or have lunch until then. This location is a high tourist area which means they are super busy with incoming and outgoing reservations due to the many tourist attractions surrounding the hotel. Check-in: 7:30-8:30 am, any cat not benched by 8:30 will be marked absent. Please report any transfers or absentees at check-in. Judging will begin at 9 am. TICA's Saturday Show Info: Skyway Cat Club of Tampa Bay Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of cats/kittens without registration numbers can contact the entry clerk for a Temporary Registration Number. Household Pets: All Household Pets over the age of 8 (eight) months must be neutered or spayed. HHPs may not be declawed. Benching: Single cage size is approximate 22"x22"x22"; and is included with your entry. Exhibitors with a single entry using any size security cage are required to purchase an extra 1/2 cage. *A Sales Cage is a full space and is only available with a paid entry. Please bring cage curtains (or coverings) to cover the sides, top and bottom of cage. Cat litter will be provided; please bring litter box. Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. Local Airport Info: Orlando International (MCO) is about 16 miles/20 minutes from the show hall.
