UPDATED HOTEL INFO The Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel has extended the cutoff date for hotel rooms to 2/7/14 as below. The rate of $92 is comparable with other hotels in that, the greater New York City area, and, as I have said in the past, the $100 pet fee is refundable at checkout if you leave your room in good condition. Last year no one was charged; the General Manager went into some of the rooms and he commended the exhibitors for the outstanding job they did by removing all traces of cats from the rooms. SHOW HOURS: Check in: Saturday 7:30 – 8:30 am; Judging will start at 9 am on Saturday. Judging will start at 8:30 am on Sunday. Advertised show hours are 9 am – 5 pm Saturday and 8:30 am - 4:30 pm on Sunday. All entries must remain in hall until closing time unless kitten or HHP or permission from show manager. ENTRIES: Entries must be on official CFA style entry blank on online entry form. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to check the confirmation and notify entry clerk of any changes/errors prior to the show. Make checks payable to National Norwegian Forest Cat Breed Club, Inc. Per show rule 11.08 a. each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. ANY fee being paid at the door must be in cash – US$. THIS CLUB DOES NOT TAKE PAYPAL. $75 returned check or failure to pay any fee in full by opening day of show per show rule. NOTE: Any fee not received by 3/3/2014 must pay this late penalty, NO EXCEPTIONS. No reunds for absent cats. BENCHING: Only one benching request, either agent or person; we cannot bench by breed. If you name an AGENT, that is your one request. If more than one person names person X as agent, we are not responsible for who is benched next to whom. No change to your benching without the show manager's permission. 1/2 cage size is approximately 22” x 22” x 22”, full cage is 22” x 44” x 22”. Extra 1/2 cages are limited; maximum 1 dbl per cat entered. If using a single- or double-size Sturdi Cage or other personal cage/shelter you must pay $25 for the extra space required UNLESS you and another person share those two spaces on the same benching cage bottom. MISC: Any cat showing signs of fleas, fungus, ear mites, or kittens for sale without blue slip proof of age WILL be removed from show hall as per Show Rules. NJ law requires RABIES certificate for all cats. All should be inoculated against feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and tested negative for FeLv before entry. All claws must be clipped prior to judging. No litter pans provided, only litter. Bring your own cat water, food and food dishes. Cages must be covered top, sides and bottoms. Cats may not remain in hall after show hours. Management not liable for loss, damage or injury to any cat or person at show, or for articles left behind.
