Electronic or any entries not paid before the show, must be paid in CASH at the door. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to confirm online entry or faxed entry was received by the Entry Clerk. Club is not responsible for online or faxed entries not received due to communication errors. Show Hall: Quality Hotel Philadelphia Int'l Airport 45 Industrial Highway - Essington, PA 19029 Phone: 610-521-3909. THIS IN NOT the Airport Quality INN !! Our Show hotel is in ESSINGTON !! Our show hall, the Quality Hotel , is climate controlled. Smoking is not permitted. Starting Times: The show hall will be open at 7:30 a.m. All cats must be benched by 8:30 am. or they will be marked absent. Judging will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. on BOTH Saturday and Sunday. All entries must remain in the show hall until 4 p.m. on Saturday and 3 p.m. on Sunday unless permission is received from the show manager. Cages are approximately 22”x22”x22”. All entries should be inoculated against Feline Enteritis, Rhinotrachetitis, and Calici Virus and tested for FeLV by a licensed vet. Cats should be free of mites, fleas, and fungus. CFA rules require your cat’s front & back claws be clipped. Our show is held under the auspices of the Cat Fanciers’ Association. CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the rules is available for $5.00 from CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736. The club has the right to add judges not named in the show announcement to judge non-championship and non-premiership classes. All championship, premiership, and registered kittens will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. Litter will be available. Please bring your own litter pan, water bowl and cat food. People food will be available. Cats may not be left in the show hall overnight. The club will exercise due care in the sponsorship of the show, but will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury.
