Email the Entry Clerk to confirm Online/Fax entries, the club nor the entry clerk will be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Faxed and online entries must be paid within 10 days, but no later than check-in, per CFA show rule 11.08a. Entries must be typed or printed legibly, signed and submitted on an official CFA entry form. If questions arise concerning your entry the entry clerk will call collect. One benching request per exhibitor will be honored, when possible. If an agent is designated, the agent will be considered your benching request. No refunds for failure to bench. Airports: Manchester Boston Regional Airport – MHT (about 50 miles) and Boston Logan International– BOS (about 55 miles). The club regrets we will not be able to provide transportation for exhibitors. Check-In: 7:30-8:30 am Saturday and 7:00-8:00 am on Sunday. Show Hours are 9:00-5:00 Saturday and 8:30 to 4:00 Sunday. Benching: No cats, with the exception of kittens, are permitted to leave the show hall before the advertised show hours except by permission of the show manager. No change of benching assignment shall be made without the permission of the show manager. Supplies & Cages: Litter will be provided. Please bring cage curtains, fabric or towels to cover top, sides and back of cages. Food bowls, water bowls and litter pans will not be furnished. Single cage size is approximately 22”x22”x22”. Use of a security cage will require purchase of space equal to two single cages. Health & Sales: This is a non-vetted show. All cats and kittens are expected to be free of fleas, fungus, ear mites and all contagious diseases. It is strongly advised that all entries be inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against Feline Panleukopenia, Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calici Viruses, Rabies and strongly recommended that entries be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. Front and rear claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats and kittens are not eligible for entry. No kittens under four months of age will be permitted in the show hall. Liability: No watchman will be provided during non-show hours. Cats cannot be left in the show hall overnight. Rainbow Plumes and the NAR will take reasonable care to safeguard the personal property of exhibitors; however, neither the club, its members nor the Show Hall/Hotel will be liable for any loss, damage or injury to exhibitors or to their cats. General: CFA Show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the current show rules may be obtained for $5 from CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736. All Championship, Premiership and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional Awards.
