ENTRIES: All entries MUST be submitted on official CFA entry forms (or photocopies) entries should be TYPED or PRINTED NEATLY. All entries include CFA surcharges. * Odd numbered entries with ANY size security cage must purchase extra 1/2 cage space. Sales cage must accompany a paid entry. Online entries will be accepted, email Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online entries, the club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. NO PHONE OR FAX ENTRIES. All entries MUST be accompanied by proper fees except as allowed for fax/online entries. Checks should be made payable to the Ramapo Cat Fanciers. Anyone paying at the door or after the opening of the show (FOR ANY REASON) will be charged a $5 Pay at the Door Fee. All entries for adult cats received without a registration number will be returned. Due to space limitations, we can only honor ONE benching request per exhibitor. If an Agent is listed, per CFA show rules, the Agent will be considered your benching request. All Championship, Premiership and registered kittens whose numbers appear in the catalog will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. Registration numbers for all entries over 8 months MUST BE printed in the catalog. CFA Show Rules will be strictly enforced. For a copy, send $7 to CFA, 260 East Main St. Alliance, OH 44601. This will be a non-vetted show - all entries are expected to be free of fleas, fungus, and infectious illnesses. All exhibitors are strongly advised to have cats and kittens inoculated for Feline Enteritis, Rhino, Rabies, and Calici viruses and tested negative for FELV before entry. Cat's front and back claws must be clipped - no declawed cats may be entered. All ribbons and rosettes required by CFA show rules will be awarded. SHOW HALL: Kimberton Fairgrounds 90 Firehouse Lane. Kimberton, PA. Great people food will be available in the show hall. The show hall is heated and air-conditioned and handicapped accessible. This is a non-smoking show hall. Smoking areas will be designated. SHOW HOTEL: Hampton Inn 4 N. Pottstown Pike, Exton, PA 19341 (at Routes 100 & 113). Exhibitor price is $119 which includes a continental breakfast. All rooms have a microwave, refrigerator and complimentary high speed Internet access. SUPPLIES: Litter will be provided, bring your own litter pan. Cages are approximately 22x22x22. Please advise entry clerk if this is your first show. New exhibitors are advised to bring cage drapes or towels, etc. for the floor, sides and top of the cage. Ramapo Cat Fanciers reserves the right to add judges not named to judge non-championship and non-premiership classes or to substitute judges in case of an emergency.
