ENTRIES: All monies must be in US funds and received within 10 days, per show rules. ALL Payments AT CHECK-IN MUST BE CASH ONLY Make checks payable to Sanguine Silver Society. All entries must be typed or printed legibly, signed and submitted on an official CFA entry form via Online, Fax or US Mail. PayPal accepted UPON Entry & ONLY until closing date; make payments to meloncali@comcast.net PLEASE NOTE WHICH SHOW THE PAYMENT IS FOR. No refunds for failure to bench. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to check receipt of FAX/ONLINE entries by email and check entry confirmation and notify the entry clerk of any errors prior to the shows closing. Odd numbered entries with ANY size security cage must purchase an extra ½ cage.
SHOW HOURS: Check-in Saturday 7:30-8:30 am. Judging will begin promptly at 9 am on Saturday and Sunday. Advertised show hours for the public will be 9 am to 5 pm Saturday & 9 am – 4 pm Sunday.
SUPPLIES: Clay litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food and food & water dishes.
HEALTH: This is a non-vetted show; however, all cats must be free of fungus, fleas, ear/body mites, parasites of any kind and contagious diseases. Exhibitors in violation will be told to leave the show hall. It is strongly recommended that all cats be vaccinated against: Panleukopenia, Rhinotrachetitis, Calicivirus and tested negative for FeLV before entry. The State of Massachusetts requires that all cats be vaccinated for rabies. Show hall management may ask for a copy of your rabies certificate.
GENERAL: CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. Current rules may be obtained for $7 from CFA, 206 E. Main St., Alliance, OH 44601. www.cfainc.org All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number.
BENCHING: No change in assignment will be allowed without permission of the Show Manager. Cages are 22”W x 22”H X 22”D. Benching requests made at the time of entry will be honored wherever possible.
The club will exercise due care on the sponsorship of the show, but will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury.
