 
SHOW HOURS: Saturday: Check-in 8:00am to 9:30am. Judging begins promptly at 10:00am and ends at 6:00pm. Sunday: Judging begins at 9:00am and ends at 5:00pm. Permission to leave before advertised show hours must be approved by the show management. ENTRY INFORMATION: Entries for Championship and Premiership must have their registration number on the entry form and printed in the catalog. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if the numbers are not provided to the master clerk for addition to the master catalog. Entries must be submitted on an official CFA entry form or facsimile. The entry clerk will phone collect to clarify entry information when necessary. All cats and kittens entered for competition or for sale must have a completed entry form. Fees must accompany entries. No fee will be returned due to failure to bench. Cats or kittens not listed in the show catalog will not be allowed in the show hall. Kittens must be 4 months of age or older on the opening day of the show. AOV, Provisional, or Miscellaneous class cats or kittens must have a registration number to be eligible to be shown. The club reserves the right to add judges not named and to judge non-championship and HHP classes. Cats will not be allowed to remain in the auditorium overnight. FAXED ENTRIES: Must be paid within 10 days or at check-in, which ever comes first per CFA show rules. HANDICAPPED BENCHING: Please be aware that end of the row means end of the row in the judging ring for people that are using mobile devices per show rules 11.02 & 18.01. The club will attempt to place people with bona fide handicaps at the end of a row in the benching area if they advise the Entry Clerk of their special needs. HEALTH: This is a non-vetted show. It is strongly recommended that all entries be inoculated for protection against feline enteritis, calici virus, rhinotracheitis, rabies and be tested for FELV. All entries must be free of fungus and parasites. CLAWS: All entries must have claws clipped. Declawed cats or kittens are not eligible for entry. LITTER: Litter will be provided. Bring litter pans, cat food and dishes. Please keep your area clean. Empty litter and trash in the trash bins. CAGES: Cages are 36 inches wide, 24 inches deep and 27 inches high. If you are bringing your own cage, please note “No Cage Needed” on your summary sheet. Cages that exceed 36” in width will require the purchase of a groom space. No tear down is permitted until after all finals are completed unless permission from the show management is given. No change in benching will be allowed without show management permission. Only one adult cat or two kittens are allowed in a cage per CFA show rules. FOR SALE CAGES: Only two kittens shall be placed in a cage in accordance with CFA show rules. For Sale kittens must be from the same breeder and an entry form is required for each kitten. For sale kittens must be accompanied by at least one cat or kitten in competition. SCORING: All Championship, Premiership and Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. AWARDS: Rosettes will be awarded in accordance with CFA show rules.
