Cage Decorating Contest
Holiday Treat Contest

The Santa Paws show will sponsor a holiday treat contest with winners in 3 different holiday treat categories:
  • Candy (includes fudge)
  • Cookies (any type of individual or bar cookie)
  • Other Treat (any treat other than candy or cookies)
    After the judging, the treats will be sold to exhibitors and spectators with all of the proceeds going to the Winn Foundation which funds many types of health and medical research to benefit cats.
    Show off your baking and cooking talents at the Santa Paws show and help us to raise funds to help Winn continue to work for the well being of all cats.



  • Entry Info: * Paid end of row can only be had with an even number of cage spaces.

    Payment info: Make checks payable to Greater Baltimore Cat Club. All fees MUST accompany entries & be payable in U.S. funds. No post dated checks. Use only official CFA entry forms. Collect calls will be made for illegible forms.

    Show Hours: Check-in will be from 8-9:30 an on Saturday. Cats must be benched by 9:30 am on Saturday or be marked absent. Show will start promptly at 10:00 am on Saturday and at 9:00 am on Sunday.

    Show Hall: 2501 Putty Hill Ave (Corner of Old Harford Road) Parkville, MD 21234 410-668-4545.The hall is located off the Perring Parkway, exit 30 of the Baltimore Beltway. The show hall is a NON-SMOKING facility and is heated and air-conditioned.

    Show Hotel: Hampton Inn Baltimore/Hunt Valley 11200 York Road Hunt Valley, MD 21030 Phone: 410-527-1500. Single Queen - $89 Double Queen - $99, both include breakfast. Reservations for the club block must be made by 11/12/08 This is a nice hotel with shuttle service to a nearby mall with great shopping and lots of restaurants and is across the street from a wonderful Christmas/nursery complex.

    Transportation: Exhibitors are responsible for their own transportation.

    Scoring: All Championship, Premiership and registered Kittens entries will be scored for CFA National & Regional awards.

    Vetting: This show is non vetted. All entries should be inoculated against feline panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis, calici virus, rabies and tested negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of claws of entries must be clipped prior to benching.

    Miscellaneous: Show management will take reasonable care of cats and carriers, but will not be responsible for losses and damages.

    General: CFA rules will be enforced. A copy of the show rules may be obtained for $5.00 from CFA, PO Box 1005 Manasquan, NJ 08736. Registration numbers for cats entered in Championship and Premiership classes must be printed in the catalog.

    Pet Supplies: Litter will be provided. Bring your own litter pans and cat food.

    People Food: People food will be available at many nearby restaurants.
