Late Fees: ANY payment not made within 21 days past the show date will incur a $50 Late Fee in addition to any other applicable fees (e.g. bounced checks, etc.). Payments made 21 days or later after the show date must be made by money order or certified check. If the Club has to send certified mail to make collections an additional $25 will be added to the above charges to cover certified postage. The club is not responsibility to remind exhibitors of payments due. Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Kittens without a registration number or TRN will not be included in the count. Show rule 2.19e The MISCELLANEOUS (Non-Competitive) CLASS is for any registered cat or registered kitten of a breed not accepted for Provisional Breed competition. Miscellaneous Class entries are examined by judges; however, no awards will be made in this class. All Bengal championship, premiership and kitten entries can enter under a TRN, but all Bengals in the show hall must be registerable, (5 generation pedigree with no wild blood). Copies of CFA show rules may be obtained for $7.00 each from CFA, 260 E. Main St. Alliance Household Pets: We will judge HHPs, if 3 or more enter. Household pets must be at least 4 months old on the day of the show, cats 8 months and older MUST be spayed/neutered. No declawed entries are allowed. Show Hall: Lebanon Valley Expo Center & Fairgrounds 80 Rocherty Road, Lebanon, PA 17042 Ph: 717-273-3670. Excellent people food will be available in the show hall. The show hall is heated and air conditioned and handicapped accessible. Check-in: 7:30-8:30. Any cat not benched by 8:30 am will be marked absent. Judging will begin at 9 am on Saturday. Show hours are 9 am – 4 pm. Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. Misc: Cage size is approx. 22"x22"x22". Bring cage curtains (or coverings) to cover the sides, top and bottom of cage. Exhibitors must transport cats into and out of the show hall in an enclosed, secured carrier. Local Hotel Info: RESERVE EARLY this is a holiday weekend and rooms will go fast!
