No substitution fees and no additional fees to entry online. Entry Fees include CFA & Regional surcharges. Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. Check your confirmation for accuracy and contact the entry clerk with any corrections BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE. Payment Info: Make checks payable to SOCF for Saturday show and NOVA for Sunday show. If paying the day of the show, cash is required at the door. If you must pay by check at the door an additional $5 will be charged. A fee of $50 will be charged for any checks returned by the bank for any reason. Benching: A single entry entitles the exhibitor to 1 opening (22" x 22" x 22"). Exhibitors with a single entry using any size security cage are required to purchase an extra 1/2 cage. NO EXCEPTIONS. People food will be available. Starting Times: The show hall will be open at 7:15 am. All cats must be benched by 8:30 am or they will be marked absent. Judging will begin promptly at 9 am on both days. All entries must remain in the show hall until 4 pm unless permission is received from the show manager. Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Kittens without a registration number or TRN will not be included in the count. Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. General Info: Our show is held under the auspices of the Cat Fanciers’ Association, show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the rules is available for $7 from CFA, 260 East Main St. Alliance, OH 44601. Litter will be available. Please bring your own litter pan, water bowl and cat food. The club has the right to add judges not named in the show announcement to judge non-championship and non-premiership classes. Cats may not be left in the show hall overnight. The club will exercise due care in the sponsorship of the show, but will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury. No watchman will be provided during the hours the show is not open.
