Entry Fees: Fees MUST accompany the entry form. Checks payable to CFA Southern Region
Entries: Entries must be typed or printed legibly, signed and submitted on an official CFA entry form. Entry clerk will call COLLECT if any questions arise concerning your entry. A $20.00 check fee will be charged on all returned checks. Paid entries will be entered before Fax entries. No refunds for failure to bench.
Agility: Agility is open to exhibitors entered in the show both for cats entered in the regular show and those entered for Agility only. Entry fee for agility is $10 if also entered in regular show, $20 for agility only (includes single opening cage space). Please note on entry form if cat is entered FOR AGILITY ONLY so that a cage space will be provided.
Hours: Check-In on Saturday 7:30A-8:30A. Show hours 9AM-4PM both days.
Show Hall: The Showplace, The MAIN Show hall, 3002 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA. The Show Hall is both heated and air-conditioned. This is a Non-Smoking facility. Parking is free for exhibitors and spectators. Showplace phone number is 804-225-8877.

Supplies: Clay litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food, and water/food dishes.
Health: This is a non-vetted show. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to have cats and kittens inoculated for FeLV/FIV. Cats must be free of fungus, fleas, ear/body mites and contagious diseases. Exhibitors in violation will be told to leave the show hall
General: CFA Show rules will be strictly enforced. Copy of rules may be obtained for $5 from CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. All Championship, Premiership, and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional Awards. Registration number of cats must be printed in the catalog; registration numbers for kittens can be submitted at the show to the master clerk. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to check entry confirmation and notify entry clerk of any errors.
Benching: All benching will be by exhibitor and no changes in assignment will be allowed without permission of the Show Manager. Cages are 22"W x 22"H x 22"D. Benching request made at the time of entry will be honored whenever possible. No refunds for failure to bench.
