over our block runs from Thursday, June 21 thru Sunday, June 24. Our room rate is
$109.00 cut-off date is May 22. Starting on May 22, 2012 the room rate at this hotel
will be $180 plus (if rooms are even available). Please get your reservations in early.

Entry Info: Use of Security cages with an odd number of entries will require the purchase of a Double Cage. Full payment must accompany all mailed entries. Per Show Rule 11.08a all fax or online entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Properly completed entries must be submitted on an official CFA Entry form or facsimile, sent online, or faxed with all information, except signature typed or hand-printed. The use of the online entry form is interpreted as an official entry in this CFA show, and your email address on the form is considered to be your signature per CFA Show Rule 4.05. Make checks payable to Cat Club of the Palm Beaches. Send PayPal to meloncali@comcast.net please note which show the payment is for. PayPal payments must be made before closing date. Email the Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online/fax entries. Neither the Entry Clerk nor the club will be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. It is the responsibility of each owner to enter and to verify that all information contained on the confirmation is correct. Incomplete entry forms will be returned. No refunds or substitutions may be made after the closing date. No refunds will be given for failure to bench.
Check-in: 7-8:30 am on Saturday. Judging will begin at 9 am both Saturday and Sunday.
Advertised Show Hours: 9 am-4 pm Saturday & 9 am-3 pm Sunday.
Show Hall: Tampa Convention Center 333 South Franklin St. Tampa, FL 33602 Phone: 813-274-8511. The show hall is walkable from the hotel.
Show Hotel: Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk 200 North Ashley Dr. Tampa, FL 33602 Phone: 813-223-2222. The hotel is walkable to all the attractions and restaurants in downtown Tampa. Shuttle to and from airport/hotel & show hall is $15. You will not need a car all week end.
Local Airport: Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 7 miles from the hotel.
Benching: No cats will be permitted to leave the show hall during the posted show hours without the permission of show management. Single cages measure 22” x 22” x 22”. Please bring cage curtains, fabric or towels for the top, sides and bottom of your benching cage. Litter will be provided. Please bring your own food bowls, water bowls, and food and litter pans.
Awards: This is a CFA licensed show. Rosettes and ribbons will be awarded in accordance with CFA Show Rules. Permanent ribbons will be used for color classes. All Championship, Premiership and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards.
Health & Sales: This is a non-vetted show. Cats are expected to be free from fleas, fungus, ear mites and all contagious diseases. All entries must be inoculated against feline distemper, feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses, rabies and be tested negative for feline leukemia before entry to the show hall. All claws must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats and kittens are not eligible for entry. No kittens under four (4) months of age will be permitted in the show hall. All cats and kittens for sale must have valid Florida Health Certificates as required by Florida Law. The sponsoring club will not be responsible if this law is not followed.
CFA Show Rules: A copy of the current CFA show rules may be obtained by sending $7.00 to: CFA 260 East Main St. Alliance, OH 44601 or online at www.cfa.org.
Liability: The sponsoring clubs reserve the right to add and/or substitute judges not named in the show flyer should it become necessary. The sponsoring clubs will take reasonable care of all cats and personal property, but will not be held liable for loss of property, damage, or accidents to cats or exhibitors.
