Entry Info Entries are accepted now. Fees include CFA surcharges. Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench.
Payment Info Make checks payable to Topeka Cat Fanciers; TCF is accepting credit card through Square. The entry clerk can send an invoice that you will be able to pay by Square. Returned Check Fee is $50 + all bank fees.
Show Hall Johnson County Fairgrounds. 136 E. Washington St. Gardner, KS 66030. The show hall is air-conditioned and handicapped accessible. FREE morning coffee & donuts. Food Truck for lunch.
Show Hours Check-in On Saturday is 7:30-8:30 am. Judging will beginning at 9 am both days. Advertised Show Hours: Saturday - 9 am — 4 pm (or until completion of judging) both days.
Benching A single cage is provided with each entry; single cage size is 21” X 21” X 21”; full cage size is 21” X 21” X 45”. Exhibitors with an odd number of entries using any size security cage are required to purchase an extra 1/2 cage. *ONLY Groom on Chair or 18" or less Groom Table. Please bring your own cage curtains or material to cover the sides, back, floor and top of your cage. Litter will be provided; please bring your own litter pans.
Scoring All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice) and registered Kittens will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of cats/kittens without registration numbers can contact the entry clerk for a Temporary Registration Number.
Health It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. Health Certificate or Proof of Rabies Vaccinations and Inoculations required by State of Kansas.
New exhibitors Please go to www.cfanewbee.org for information on showing in CFA. Please let the Entry Clerk know on the entry form and tell the club representative at check-in that you are new so that any questions you have can be answered.

This is a CFA licensed show and all show rules will be strictly enforced. Copies of the show rules are available online http://www.cfa.org/Portals/0/documents/forms/19-20show-rules.pdf or for $7 from CFA.
Reasonable care will be taken of cats and personal property. The hosting clubs nor its individual members shall be liable for property lost or damaged. This is a CFA licensed show, CFA rules will be strictly enforced. Show rules may be obtained from CFA. The club reserves the right to add judges not named to judge.
