Payment Info: ONLINE AND FAXED ENTRIES ACCEPTED. Make checks payable to Warwick Valley Feline Fanciers. Payments may be made using PayPal email payment to meloncali@comcast.net. All fees MUST accompany entries & be payable in US funds. Post-dated checks will not be accepted. Please use only official CFA show entry forms. Collect calls will be made for illegible forms or faxes. Exhibitors are responsible to confirm faxed and email entries. ALL Canadian entries must be paid in cash (US Funds) at the door. The club is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or blank faxed entries. NOTE: Faxed or other electronic entries are not guaranteed until payment is received. Fax/Email entries MUST be PAID within 10 DAYS of entry or a $25 fee will be assessed at check-in.

Scoring: All Championship, Premiership, & registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards.
Vetting: The show is non-vetted. All entries should be inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus, rabies, and tested negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of entries must be clipped prior to benching.
Miscellaneous: Show management will take reasonable care of cats and carriers, but will not be responsible for losses and damages. The show hall is a NON-SMOKING facility and is heated & air-conditioned.
General: CFA rules will be enforced. A copy of the show rules may be obtained for $5.00 from CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736. Registration numbers for cats entered in championship and premiership classes must be printed in the catalog. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to check entry confirmation and notify the entry clerk of errors.
Food and Supplies: Food service for exhibitors will be available. Litter will be provided. Bring your own litter pans and cat food.
