Household Pets: **HHPs will be judged at this show ONLY if 5 or more HHP entries are received by the closing date. If 5 or more HHPs entries are not received, HHP (ONLY) entry fees will be refunded by the club.
Entry Fees: Fees MUST accompany the entry form. A $1 per entry fee will be sent to Central Office to support CFA per show rules. Adult cats must have a registration number to be entered in the catalog. All entry fees received after April 12 must be accompanied by a $25 late fee. **HHPs will be judged at this show ONLY if 5 or more HHP entries are received by the closing date. If 5 or more HHPs entries are not received, HHP (ONLY) entry fees will be refunded by the club.
Entries: Entries must be typed or printed legibly, signed and submitted on an official CFA entry form. Entry clerk will call COLLECT if any questions arise concerning your entry. A $50 check fee will be charged on all returned checks. NOTE: We will accept FAX. Paid entries will be entered before Fax,. There will be an $8.00 fee for the first electronic entry/exhibitor or if paid at the door. Fax/email fee waved if payment is received PRIOR to April 9, 2010. No additions to cages etc after April 8, 2007. No refunds for failure to bench.
Hours: Check-In on Saturday 7:30-8:30am. Advertised show hours 9:00am-5:00pm.
Health: This is a non-vetted show. Gasparilla strongly recommends testing for FeLV/FIV. Cats must be free of fungus, fleas, ear/body mites and contagious diseases. Exhibitors in violation will be told to leave the show hall.
Supplies: Clay litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food, and water/food dishes.
General: CFA Show rules will be strictly enforced. Copy of rules may be obtained for $5 from CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. All Championship, Premiership, and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional Awards. Registration number of cats must be printed in the catalog; registration numbers for kittens can be submitted at the show to the master clerk. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to check entry confirmation and notify entry clerk of any errors.
Benching: All benching will be by exhibitor and no changes in assignment will be allowed without permission of the Show Manager. Cages are 22"W x 22"H x 22"D. Benching requests made at the time of entry will be honored whenever possible. Remember this is a request, not a guarantee. Please, no negative requests.
