Entry & Payment Info: Entries are accepted now. We can not accept faxed entries. Entry Fees include CFA & Regional surcharges. Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Make checks payable to AHL (America’s Heartland) Returned Check Fee $75. AHL will accept PayPal the information will be provided in your confirmation. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. Check your confirmation for accuracy and contact the entry clerk with any corrections BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE.
Show Hall: Illinois Building @ The Illinois State Fairgrounds, 801 E. Sangamon Ave. Springfield, IL 62702 Ph: 217-782-6661. The show hall is handicapped accessible, non-smoking and air-conditioned. Parking is free.
Check in & Show Hours: Check-in Saturday 8:30-9:30 am. Judging will begin at 10 am on Saturday and at 9 am on Sunday. Advertized hours are 9 am - 4 pm (or until end of finals) on Saturday; 9 am - 3 pm (or until end of finals) on Sunday.
Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with a Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of cats/kittens without registration numbers can contact the entry clerk for a Temporary Registration Number.

    Airport: Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport in Springfield (SPI). Lambert St. Louis Airport (STL) is about 1-3/4 hours away.
    Cages: A single cage measures 22" x 22" x 22" and is included with your entry fee. Exhibitors with a single entry using any size security cage are required to purchase an extra 1/2 cage. Bring litter pans & food, litter will be provided.
    Show Rules: The show will be conducted in accordance with current CFA show rules. Show rules are available for $5 plus $2 postage from CFA, 260 East Main St. Alliance, OH 44601 or online at https://cfa.org/cfa-manuals/
    Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition.
    Liability: America's Heartland will take reasonable care to safeguard property of exhibitors. Neither the clubs, their members or the Illinois State Fairgrounds will be liable for loss or damage. No guard will be on duty Saturday night, cats must be removed from show hall during the evening.
