The show room rate is $89-single/double, $99 Triple/quad (local tax 8%). There is a $100 refundable security deposit per room to cover damages. Tell them you’re with the cat show. This show rate is only good till 11-21 then the regular rate goes into affect. RESERVE EARLY!!!!!! Please book through our Black Tie & Tails Block. Entries: All checks must be payable to Black Tie & Tails Cat Club. All online entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. ALL FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Canadian checks must be drawn on a US Bank. Entries must be printed legibly or typed on an official CFA entry blank. There is a limit of one benching request per exhibitor. Returned Checks will all be charges for postage and other applicable bank fees. Check in: 7:30 to 8:30. Judging will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. Advertised Hours: 9:00 to 4:00 p.m. Exhibitor Info: No kitten under the age of 4 months shall be permitted in the show hall. Bring your own litter pans; litter will be provided. Benching cages are minimum 22"W by 22"D by 20"H. Only benched cats or kittens may be present in the show hall; none may be confined to carriers, either displayed or under cages. All cats or kittens for sale or lease must be benched and be eligible for CFA registration. Any sales activity is subject to the approval of the show management. All cats/kittens must be transported in an enclosed/secured carrier. All claws of entries must be clipped prior to benching. No declawed entries are permitted. Cats or kittens should be clean, free of parasites and any contagious or infectious illness. It is strongly advised that all entries be inoculated against Feline Panleukopenia, Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calici viruses and Rabies, and strongly recommended that entries be tested and found negative for FELV by a licensed veterinarian. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts mandates current rabies inoculation for all cats: it is advisable that you bring your cat's certificate. All Championship, Premiership and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. Show Rules of CFA will be strictly observed.
