Sorry, no Household Pets. Entries: Entries must be typed or printed legibly, signed and submitted on an official CFA entry form. Entry clerk will call COLLECT if any questions arise concerning your entry. A $40 check fee will be charged on all returned checks. Paid entries will be entered before unpaid online entries. Fees MUST accompany the entry form. As per CFA Show Rule 11.08a All online entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Club shall charge $25 for entry fee nonpayment beyond the 10-day limit in. No refunds for failure to bench. Hours: Check-In on Saturday 7:30AM - 8:30AM. Advertised show hours for exhibitors are 9AM - 5PM. Show Hall: The York Fairgrounds, 334 Carlisle Avenue, York, Pennsylvania 17404. The Show Hall is both heated and air-conditioned. This is a Non-Smoking facility. Parking is free for exhibitors and spectators. The Fairgrounds office telephone number is 717 (848) 2596. The emergency number is 911. The Holiday Inn, Holidome, 2000 Loucks Road, York, Pennsylvania 17404 (717) 846-9500 and The Red Roof Inn, York (#315), I-83 at Arsenal Road/US 30, Exits #21/21-B, York, PA 17404 (717) 843-8181. Supplies: Clay litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food, and water/food dishes. Health: This is a non-vetted show. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to have cats and kittens inoculated for FeLV/FIV. Cats must be free of fungus, fleas, ear/body mites and contagious diseases. Exhibitors in violation will be told to leave the show hall. General: CFA Show rules will be strictly enforced. Copy of rules may be obtained for $5 from CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. All Championship, Premiership, and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional Awards. Registration number of cats must be printed in the catalog; registration numbers for kittens can be submitted at the show to the master clerk. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to check entry confirmation and notify entry clerk of any errors. Benching: All benching will be by exhibitor and no changes in assignment will be allowed without permission of the Show Manager. Cages are 22"W x 22"H x 22"D. Benching request made at the time of entry will be honored whenever possible. No refunds for failure to bench.
