ENTRY/PAYMENT INFO: Entries are accepted now. Entry Fees include CFA & Regional surcharges. Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Make check to each show you enter. Sorry, no PayPal. ANY fee being paid at the door must be in cash – US$. $75 returned check or failure to pay any fees in full. Any fees not received by 3/3/2018 must pay late penalty. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. Check your confirmation for accuracy and contact the entry clerk with any corrections BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE. SHOW HALL: Cherry Hill Armory, 2001 Park Blvd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 Ph: 609-864-4313. THE SHOW HALL WILL OPEN AT 7 A.M. FOR BREAKFAST. ALSO SERVING LUNCH AND SNACKS. Sue Robbins in charge of the kitchen as usual. The show hall is heated and handicapped accessible. SHOW HOURS: Check-In is Saturday 7:30 – 8:30 am; Judging will start at 9 am on Saturday. Judging will start at 8:30 am on Sunday. Advertised show hours are 9 am – 5 pm Saturday and 8:30 am - 4:00 pm on Sunday. All entries must remain in hall until closing time unless kitten or HHP or permission from show manager. WEATHER & TRAFFIC: 101.5 FM, 97.3 FM, 880 AM, 1010 AM. HOTEL INFO: www.catshowsnj.show. AIRPORT INFO: Philadelphia International (PHL) is about 16 miles/25 minutes from the show hall. SCORING: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Kittens without a registration number or TRN will not be included in the count. HEALTH: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. NJ requires all felines be inoculated against rabies and a certificate be in show hall with each feline. HOUSEHOLD PETS: All entries must be at least 4 months old; all entries 8 months or older must be neutered or spayed. Entries may not be declawed. BENCHING: A single cage is 22"W x 22"H x 22"D and is included with your entry. No litter pans provided, only litter. Bring your own cat water, food and food dishes. Cages must be covered top, sides and bottoms. Cats may not remain in hall after show hours.
