Entry Info: Entries must be typed pr printed clearly on an official CFA entry form. No phone entries accepted. If faxing, confirm receipt. All entries except fax/online entries must be accompanied by full entry fee payment. No postdated checks will be accepted. All fax/online entries MUST be paid in dull within 10 days of receipt or prior to the state of the show, whichever is first. A late fee of $25 will be charged for the failure to pay within the 10 day show rule. All check must be paid in U.S. funds. Entries paid at the door must be in U.S. cash. Limit one bench and/or agent request per exhibitor. The entry clerk will call collect f there are any questions on your entry. NOTE: Express Mail must be marked "No Signature Required". Please, no phone calls after 9:00 p.m. EST.
Show Hall: Knight of Columbus Hall 12742 Nettles Dr. Newport news, VA 23606 Phone: 757-930-0491. Directions will be sent with confirm. No watchman will be provided after show hours. The show hall is heated, air conditioned and handicapped accessible. It is a non-smoking hall. Smoking is acceptable in adjacent areas as indicated. Please help us keep this terrific hall by collecting your trash and litter before you leave.
General Info: CFA Rules will be strictly enforced. Show rules may be obtained by sending $5 to CFA 1805 Atlantic Ave. P.O. Box 1005 Manasquan, NJ 98736-1005. All adult cats must be registered with CFA. ALL Championship, Premiership and Registered Kittens will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. Registration numbers for kittens must be printed in the catalog for scoring. No exhibition cats.
Benching: Check-in will be Saturday from 7:45 – 8:45 a.m. Advertised show hours ate form 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. We will try to accommodate all reasonable benching requests. No veterinarian inspection prior to benching will be required. All entries must be inoculated against Rabies. Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis and Calci viruses and tested negative for FeLV. Any entry showing evidence of fungus, fleas, earmites or contagious disease will be asked to leave the show hall. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. No declawed cat may be shown. Kittens for sale or entry must be four months of age.
Supplies: Litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans. Single cage size is 22”x 22’ x 22”. Please bring cage curtains, litter pan and rug. If this is your first show, please let us know and we will bench you next to an experienced exhibitor.
