Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Make checks payable to Greater Baltimore Cat Club. Returned check fee is $50 + all bank fees. Any entry fees paid at check-in must be CASH. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. No substitutions after the closing date. Check In & Show Hours: Check-in will begin on Saturday at 7:30 am; cats not benched by 8:30 am will be marked absent. Report any transfers or absentees at check-in. The show will start at 9 am both Saturday and Sunday. The show hall will open at 8 am Sunday. Advertised Show Hours 9 am-4 pm both days. Cats with the except of kittens must remain in the hall until posted closing. Benching: ** Grooming space, sales cages & end of row benching is extremely limited. Sales cages are only available WITH a paid entry. Single cages are approximately 22"x22"x22" and is included with your entry. EOR only w/extra 1/2 cage or even numbered entries. Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of cats/kittens without registration numbers can contact the entry clerk for a Temporary Registration Number. Household Pets: All entries must be at least 4 months old; all entries 8 months or older must be neutered or spayed. Entries may not be declawed. Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. Under MD Sate law a rabies vaccine is required for all cats over the age of 4 months.
