Entry & Payment Information: Entries are accepted now. Please email entry clerk to confirm online entries. Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Make checks payable to Twin City Cat Fanciers. A $50 fee will be charged for returned checks or fees not paid by October 7. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. No substitutions after the closing date. Check your confirmation for accuracy and contact the entry clerk with any corrections BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE. Show Hall: Crystal Community Center 4800 Douglas Drive North-Crystal, MN 55429. Show hall is air conditioned, heated and is handicapped accessible. Handicapped benching requests will be accommodated, at no additional charge to the exhibitor. Free parking available. Check-In & Show Hours: Check in 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Judging starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday. Advertised Show Hours: 10 to 5 Saturday and 9 to 3 Sunday. Cages: CAGELESS SHOW Approximate benching space is 24” x 24” (single cage space included with each entry). Second entry by same owner will be benched in the other half of a security cage, or the other half may be purchased for extra $20 (noted as extra half cage). Single entries with any size security cage require the purchase of an extra half cage space. Single security cage spaces are NOT available. Single entries will require the purchase of an extra half cage space. Wire cages may be reserved if available. You will need drapes or towels to hang on the inside and cover the top and the bottom of the cage. Litter will be furnished. Please bring your own litter pan; also your own cat food, water and food dishes. Bring your cat to the show hall in a carrier or other sturdy container. Reasonable care will be taken of all cats and personal property, however, the show management is not responsible for anything lost or damaged. Scoring: Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with a Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of cats/kittens without registration numbers can contact the entry clerk for a Temporary Registration Number. Benching: One benching request per exhibitor will be honored whenever possible. No benching changes are permitted without the permission of the show manager. Litter will be provided. Cat food as donated. Please bring your cat’s preferred food as well as dishes and litter pans. Health: No veterinary inspection will be required prior to benching. It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of each entry must be clipped prior to benching. Failure to do so will subject the entry to disqualification. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. All cats are expected to be free of fleas, mites, and infectious illnesses. No kitten under the age of four months will be allowed in the show hall. Blue slips may be required for proof of age. Household Pets: All entries must be at least 4 months old; all entries 8 months or older must be neutered or spayed. Entries may not be declawed. Vendor Info: We will be doing lots of advertising. Booth rates are $100 for a single (10 x 10) space, $150 for a double (10 x 20) space and $175 for a triple (10 x 30) space. Each space includes 1 table; additional tables available for $15 each. Chanan will be here to photograph your cats; he can do home sittings on Friday with advance notice.
