The airport is 2 miles from the hotel. Starting Times: Check-in: 7:30 - 8:30 am on Saturday and 7 - 8 am on Sunday. Judging will begin promptly at 9 am on Saturday and at 8:30 am on Sunday. Advertised show hours: 10 am to 4 pm both days. No cats are permitted to leave the show hall during the posted show hours without the permission of show management. Benching Info: Single cage size is 22” x 22” x 22” (included with each entry). No more than two kittens or one cat may be benched in a single cage whether entered for exhibition or competition or benched for sale. Exhibitors with an odd number of entries using any size security cage are required to purchase an extra 1/2 cage. Please bring cage curtains and grooming aids. Exhibitors must transport cats into and out of the show hall in an enclosed, secured carrier. Litter will be provided; bring your own litter box, dishes and cat food. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. Kittens under 4 months old are not allowed in the show hall. Awards/Scoring: This is a CFA licensed show. Rosettes and ribbons will be awarded in accordance with CFA Show Rules. Permanent ribbons will be used for color classes. All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with a Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of cats/kittens without registration numbers can contact the entry clerk for a Temporary Registration Number. Health & Sales: This is a non-vetted show. It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. No kittens under four (4) months of age will be permitted in the show hall. No cats/kittens to be left in the show hall overnight. Sale kittens may not be housed in crates under the cages during the show. All sale cats/kittens must have required cage space according to CFA rules. Health & Rabies certificates required for sale cats/ kittens (within 10 days). Sales Cage only with entry. Show Rules: The show will be conducted in accordance with current CFA show rules.
