ENTRY INFO: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to contact the Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online or fax entries. The Entry Clerk/Club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. Make checks payable to Cats Incredible for Saturday’s show and to Warwick Valley Feline Fanciers for Sunday’s show. US$ Check only. Returned check fee $50 + bank fees. PayPal is NOT available for this show. Limit one (1) benching request per exhibitor. Use of ANY size security cage with a single will require purchase of an extra 1/2 cage space. *End of Row will be waived for handicapped exhibitors.* EOR will be waived for handicapped SCORING: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Kittens without a registration number or TRN will not be included in the count. Smoking is not permitted where cats are benched or judged. ALTERNATE HOTEL: Days Inn 2247 Greenville Turnpike, Port Jervis, NY 845 856 6611 it is 5 miles from the show hall. Prices start at $70 and there is no pet fee. BENCHING: Single cage size is approximately 22”x22”x22”. Please bring cage curtains, fabric or towels to cover top, sides and back of cages. Litter will be provided; please bring food & water bowls and litter pans. Show Management will take all reasonable care to safeguard the personal property of exhibitors, however neither the club nor the hotel will be liable for loss or damage to such property. Cats Incredible, Inc. and Warwick Valley Feline Fanciers reserve the right to substitute judges in case of illness or emergency. HOUSEHOLD PETS: All HHPs must be at least 4 months old and may not be declawed; any cat over the age of 8 (eight) months must be neutered or spayed. HEALTH: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. AIRPORT INFO: Stewart International Airport (SWF) in Newburgh, NY is about 45 minutes from show hall; cab and car services are available.
